You don't have to be "tough," athletic or a professional fighter to learn self defense. Combat Body Mechanics works for all bodies because it's based on science, not strength.

LEARN TO ESCAPE & DEFEND AGAINST COMMON ATTACKS

• Wrist and arm grabs
• Using principles of leverage
• Awareness & distancing

BECOME FAMILIAR WITH WEAPONS

• Learn to recognize what can be used as a "weapon," and improvise
• Why knives are “The Great Equalizer”

LEARN TO STRIKE EFFECTIVELY

• Basic principles of striking
• Use body weight, not strength/speed
• Ergonomic striking that using natural body mechanics
• Minimize injury while striking
• Understand displacement

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:

Taught by Andrew Stringfellow, 10th degree black belt in Budo Taijutsu and Sgt. USMC (veteran).

Assisted by Leslie Kim, former competitor with 25+ years martial arts experience who went looking for better self defense systems in 2002.
